Yes, you are right. In the meantime you can download the manual from http://cakeforge.org/frs/?group_id=53&release_id=76, without login ;-)

@alxjvr: There exists a video, but it is probably outdated: http://xs2.teachesme.com/~sdevore/static/scaffold.mov . I am not aware of an newer video.
