CakePHP google groups in seven different languages
In the meantime there exist CakePHP google groups in sixseven different languages (two created yesterday, one today). So you probably can get help in your preferred language (but be aware that the chances for an answer are the highest in the English group). These are the available groups:
English, main group
Chinese
French
German
Spanish
Portuguese
Russian

Do you know if there is any server I can use to read the groups in a news client instead of online on google groups?
No, I don’t know such a server. An alternative to reading google groups online is to activate the option which sends you each post as an email.
