A little face lifting
As you may have noticed, I did a little face lifting on my blog. I switched from a two-column layout to a three-column layout, and tweaked the CSS here and there. I also added a new archive page, where you can find all articles. If you want to compare the new design with the previous one, here is a screen shot of the previous design:
I hope the new design is better than the previous one ;-)

Did you check in Firefox? In firefox 2 on a mac your layout has become a left aligned one column mess i’m afraid…
Stop copying me!
Same with FF 2.0 on XP — one column.
I really like it.
that’s odd..
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061202 BonEcho/2.0
here and it looks very sleek, 1 “big column” center/left and 2 nicely-aligned little columns on the right
@all: Thanks for your comments.
@Tijs, Damian: It should work with FF 2.0 (at least on Linux it works). Maybe it is a caching issue? I had on FF 2.0 the effect that it used the new layout with the old logo.
In the meantime I also fixed a bug in the HTML to make it valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
@nate: What do you mean?
Looking good (Opera btw).
Cool :)
It’s working well on FF2 Linux & Windows for me…
You have put a XHTML strict DTD but the code is not valid XHTML strict :) There not a lot of things to correct to make it valid.
@Kochka: Thanks for the hint, it is now fixed.
@cakebaker: Nothing, I was just kidding ;-)
It was more a joke about the fact that my site is so sparse, so adding a right-hand column is a big deal for me.
