Masashi Shinbara, a Japanese CakePHP blogger, has written a nice little script similar to phpinfo() to show you some information about your application. You can see the script in action here.
The usage is simple: download the zip, copy the content of the zip to app/webroot and call the script with http://yourproject.com/cakeinfo.php .
